The fan is the party's reward for giving Princess Minnie 127 medals, and will increase Red's attack by +108. It has a 1/8th chance to drain a foe's MP, and the chance stacks with Blade Cascade's multiple strikes.

Dragon Quest X

Increases attack by +90, agility by +20, and will always steal 1 MP from an enemy as long as they have points remaining.
