The Pustule (formerly Gron) is a monster in the game Dragon Quest VII. It can be found in the Labres region and Mount Tor.
Characteristics
Sickly sticky monstrosities that mash and munch at adventurers with their malformed mouths and their sharp tearing teeth, as they slide and slip across the battlefield. They love licking enemies in such a sickly and slimy way that it will drop a party member's defence to zero in a single attack. Their vile bites can also pester foes with a festering poison.
