the titanic tincture is a medcine that atlas has (Atlas is a boss in dragon quest lX that can be found in grottos see "Atlas") and can be stolen from him using half-inch while he's under 700 hp. This can only be done while quest 58 "fixing the sicklops" is active. You get a treasure map as a reward. Atlas is a very formidable adversery.[list of quests in dragon quest IX]
