Marcello in Memoriam (追憶のマルチェロ Tsuioku no maruchero) is a monster in the Dragon Quest series that was introduced in the Nintendo 3DS version of Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King. He is a more powerful variant of Marcello that appears as the twelfth boss in Memories Lane.

Characteristics
Angelo's ambitious half-brother returns whilst draped in the garb of the Lord High Priest in Memories Lane. Marcello in Memoriam thrives off of depriving the party of options with Fizzle and Disruptive Wave, along with casting a wave of death with Kathwack. Holy talismans are a useful accessory for this battle.
