Angel Eyes

Angel Eyes is an ability that can be learned by Angelo in Dragon Quest VIII. When used, he sweeps his hair back and delivers a breathtaking stare at a single enemy. By using his good looks, Angelo can inflict damage on an enemy and even paralyze them in their tracks.

Angel Eyes can be learned by allocating 19 skill points into his Charisma skill. It costs 4 MP to use and inflicts around 15~28 points of damage to one enemy, as well as having a 12.5% chance to inflict paralysis on them. It will eventually be upgraded into Charming Look if Angelo has invests 81 points into Charisma. This increases the damage it inflicts to 65~85 (65~105 in the 3DS version).
