Stretching the definition of "shrine" to the word's limit, the place is a lavish home of a nobleman with an extensive collection of treasures that he will gladly share with the Scions of Erdrick once they pay him a visit. The only stipulation is that two of the treasures require the ultimate key to access, which can only be found in the Rendarak Shrine.
