Storm Finger is an enemy-only skill that can be used by Psaro the Manslayer during his Mega Boss Battle and costs 82 MP to use. It inflicts major unreflectable Woosh-type martial damage and has a chance to bind all units in four parallel straight lines in front of him. He will use the attack on the first action of his seventh turn. It can be easy to avoid by positioning any units in the unaffected spaces the turn before.
