AppearancesEdit
Dragon Quest: Monster Battle (series)Edit
Swipestorm appears as a special finishing move when three claw-type techniques are combined. Three monsters swing their claws and slice enemies to shreds. It can also be performed if the main character is wielding claws themselves. Starting with Battle Road II, Swipestorm will also lower the enemies' Defence, as well.
Dragon Quest XEdit
Swipestorm can be learned by a monster companion Great sabrecat by investing 40 skill points into their Fleet-Footed skill. It costs 9 MP to use, has a charge time of 75 seconds, and inflicts between 90 to 110% damage in front four times and has a high chance of reducing the enemy's Defence. The damaged inflicted by Swipestorm can be increased with the Great sabrecat's Fleet-Footed II skill.
Dragon Quest TactEdit
Swipestorm is known naturally by Platypunk at level 1 and costs 4 MP to use. It inflicts 28% potency physical damage to a single enemy four times.
