It has an equipment level of 18 and inflicts earth-elemental damage when making attacks. It can be equipped by Martial Artists, Minstrels, Luminaries, Dancers, and Druids. In the Offline version of the game, it can also be equipped by Fuura. The fan can be crafted with woodworking.
