Pinnacle Chapel is a church in Dragon Quest IV. It is located within the bonus dungeon known as Fungeon and serves as a rest point.

In the Sony PlayStation Version of the game, the outdoor portion of the area is modeled after the church hill from the town of Providence, while the interior is modeled after the House of Prophecy.
