Bejeweled monsters refers to the six beasties that are made of a precious gemstone in Dragon Quest Treasures. Though faintly similar to the metal slime family on a thematic level, these monsters are much more varied in their capabilities; by and large, the only battle aspects they have in common are sharing the attention seeker and shiny skin traits.
