Storm Brewer is a talent in Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince that teaches a monster various Wind and Electric-elemental skills.

This talent is a combination of the Blowy Slasher and Stony Slasher talents, unlocked upon synthesizing monsters who have mastered both sets of skills.

While no monster learns it naturally, sometimes monster that hatch from monster eggs know this talent.

Multislash	Inflicts slashing damage on all enemies. Enemies that are further to the right-hand side of the battlefield receive less damage.	20
Lightning Slash	Inflicts minor electrical slashing damage on a single enemy.	30
Mercurial Thrust	A punching technique that only inflicts a small amount of damage, but allows the user to attack before anyone else.	50
Slime Squisher	Inflicts heavy impact damage on monsters in the slime family.	70
Skysplitter	Inflicts minor wind-elemental slashing damage on all enemies.	100
Miracle Slash	Inflicts slashing damage on a single enemy. Approximately half the amount of damage inflicted is restored to the user as HP. Can heal up to a maximum of 200 HP.	150
Gigagash	Inflicts outrageous electrical damage on all enemies. The higher the user's level, the greater the damage that will be inflicted.	200

If combined with the mastered Air Fryer, Freeze Popper or Freezer Burner -any one of them-, it unlocks Hair Splitter.
