Weakening Wave is the souped-up version of the Princess of Moonbrooke's Spooky Aura. It costs her 14 MP to activate and forces all monsters into an uneven state where there is a 2/3rds chance that their attack power will be reduced by 75% each turn for 3~5 turns.
Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry SkiesEdit
Weakening Wave can be used by any character that has the 'Mage's Manual' (quest #96) item in their inventory.
