The wyrtle (originally Tortragon) is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series. Introduced in Dragon Quest III, it is a cross between a dragon and a turtle.

the wyrtle is a blue dragon that lives in a shell.the head is like that of a wyrvern.unfortunatley,the wyrtle is unrecruitable.the wyrtle can be found deep in whealbrook adit,by where the zenithian sword is found.
