Yasuhiro Fukushima (福嶋 康博, Fukushima Yasuhiro) (born August 18, 1947[1] in Asahikawa, Hokkaido[2][3]) is the honorary chairman of Square Enix, having founded the company's predecessor, Enix Corporation. As of 2008, Fukushima is ranked #25 on Forbes Magazine's "Japan 40 Richest" list with an estimated networth of US$1.16 billion.[4]
In November 2009, he was awarded with a Medal of Honour with blue ribbon by the Government of Japan.[5]
