The pure bustier is a special piece of clothing in Dragon Quest VII. It is a very powerful piece of equipment exclusive for female characters and much like the recovery ring, it slowly restores HP to the wearer when walking outside of battle.

The pure bustier has a defence bonus of +95 and a style bonus of +92. It can only be equipped by Maribel and Aishe. They can only be found as an enemy drop from MadPlants and can be sold for 14,000 gold.
