Drakulord

The drakulord is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series, first appearing in Dragon Quest VII. They are aged drakulards that have taken a familiar purple hue to compliment their immense power.

CharacteristicsEdit

Drakulords are immense bipedal dragons with huge bellies, a small wings on their backs, a singular horn atop their heads, and a massive pair of wicked sharp claws. Their scales are purple and they have beige-colored undersides, a tiny pair of green eyes, and red membrane on their wings. The dragons are able to put their considerable size to use by unleashing devastating quake attacks against puny adventurers who would oppose them. They are able to spew forth flames of scorching heat to incinerate their opponents, as well. Despite appearing to be simple beasts, these dragons are in fact skilled martial artists that practice an ancient tradition in order to heighten their power.
