The Restless heart was absent from the original Famicom release, but was added later for the remakes. It gives the equipped character a Resilience bonus of 10 and the personality Plugger. One can be found in Romaria and Rimuldar. It can be sold for 187 gold coins.

Dragon Quest VI: Realms of Revelation

The Restless heart has a Defence bonus of +15 and a Style bonus of +9. It can be found in Gardsbane Tower. It is also possible to get one when dropped by a defeated King slime.
