The Slime is the mascot of the Dragon Quest series.
Different types of Slimes
- Behemoth Slime
- A giant version of the Slime.
- Bubble Slime
- A green poisonous melted Slime.
- Dark Slime
- A black and stronger version of the Slime.
- Dragon Slime
- A winged like-reptilian version of the Slime.
- Gold Slime
- A slime shaped like a top or jewel.
- Granslime
- Only in Dragon Quest Monster 2 and and later Monster games. Highly Intelligent.
- Heal Slime
- Floating Slime that can cast healing spell to allies. Advanced version are called Cure Slime.
- King Cureslime
- Green version of the King Slime. Can cast Omniheal in one turn.
- King Slime
- A bigger, fatter and stronger version of the Slime wearing a crown. It is created during battle by regular slimes merging.
- Liquid Metal Slime
- A metal version of the Bubble Slime.Have similar ability to Metal Slime but more stronger, more HP,more defense and give more EXP.
- Marine Slime
- A Slime who live inside a conch shell underwater.
- Metal King Slime
- A metal version of the King Slime.Have similar ability to Metal Slime and Liquid Metal Slime but more stronger,more defense,more HP and give more EXP.
- Metal Slime
- A Slime made of metal. Give high EXP to any player who can defeat it but it have high defense, able to dodge and often run away.
- Metal Slime Knight
- A metal version of the Slime Knight. Strangely, it does not have high defense, run away, or give high exp.
- Platinum King
- A platinum version of the Gold Slime.
- Red Slime
- Stronger than the standard blue Slime.
- She-Slime
- Is called a She-Slime because of the lip but the gender is unknown. Slightly stronger than the Slime.
- Slime
- They are blue,weak and the first monster the player encounter but there are some Slime that can turn into a King Slime by calling other Slime to fuse into one King Slime.
- Slime Knight
- A Slime mounted by a knight.
- Snail Slime
- A snail version of the Slime. Slow-moving with a conch shell.
- Spot Slime
- A spotted yellow version of the Slime.Slightly bigger than the Slime.
- Spot King
- A Spot Slime version of the King Slime.
- Wing Slime
- A winged version of the Slime.
- Ultrus
- Dragon Quest 8 only. A team made up of three Slime.
Trivia
The Slime is very weak but is the main hero in Dragon Quest Heroes:Rocket Slime whose name is Rocket.
