[[Carver]], [[Amos]], and [[Goowain]] can equip it. [[Silencing ram|Silencing rams]], [[Lesser demon|Lesser demons]], [[Jumping jackal|Jumping jackals]] and [[Grrrgoyle|Grrrgoyles]] can drop them.
