[[Nevan]] joins the party with the staff equipped. It increases attack by +15, style by +16, and may be equipped by all slime buddies save [[Goowain]] in addition to the prodigal child himself. Due to Nevan joining the party just prior to the assault on [[Murdaw's Keep]], it is recommended for the lad to use the staff during the actual siege to save on MP, and then pass it on to either the {{Hero 6}} or [[Carver]] to give either more options during the battle and to lessen the burden of healing for [[Milly]] and Nevan.
