The '''Shadow in Memoriam''' (追憶のシャド ''Tsuioku no shadō'') is a monster in the {{DQSeries}} that was introduced in the [[Nintendo 3DS]] version of {{DQ8}}. It is a more powerful variant of the [[Shadow]] appearing as the  eleventh boss in [[Memories Lane]] alongside [[Evil Jessica in Memoriam]].

Hailing from another dimension, these ephemeral facsimiles of demonic silhouettes are once again called upon by the power of the royal sceptre in Memories Lane. Six Shadows in Memoriam can appear on the battlefield at the same time, making it beneficial to eliminate them swiftly before they overwhelm the party.
