Ortega: Difference between revisions

As part of a new side quest to aid [[Zalen]] in the Dragon Quest I Remake, [[Galen]]'s descendant, the hero will asked to find a place that is deeply connected to Erdrick. He will send you first to a field of flowers, which is the location that Ortega saved a fairy, as she described it to the hero when she was in the Shrine of the Spirit in Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake. Then, a fairy you meet at the [[Shrine of Rain]] will take you to that "place that is special", which is the island west of Tantegel. This place is now run down and is no longer accessible without a ship as it is now in a small lake instead of the main ocean. There, you will find the Aurora helmet, now known as Erdrick's helmet, which has an inscription on the inside of it about being for the hero of Aliahan. It is also revealed that in this place, is the grave for the hero Erdrick's father, Ortega as he was laid to rest here as it is the place where Erdrick first landed in Alefgard as he could not return home after beating Zoma. The fairy mentions that this was the only place she saw Erdrick break his stoic persona and shed tears.
