Blacken Blues is a skill that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. It is one of Sagittar's signature abilities, firing off a flurry of arrows from its dual-wielded crossbows at a group of enemies.

Blacken Blues is known naturally by Sagittar at level 1 and costs 42 MP to use. It inflicts 40% potency physical damage and has a chance to reduce the DEF of all enemies in a large fan-shaped area in front of it four times.

Blacken Blues's name is a homonym of the phrase "black and blue", a slang term which refers to a person having dark marks or obvious bruises on their body, typically from being punched or beaten.
