Blizzara Materia is an item that appears in the Final Fantasy VII series as well as a spell in Dragon Quest Tact. It channels the Blizzara spell imbued in the Materia to conjure a thick, sharp cluster of ice that bursts right at an enemy.

Blizzara Materia is an A-rank accessory that can be acquired as part of the Japan-only limited Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis event by purchasing it through the Sephiroth Decoration Swap Shop. It has a Wisdom bonus of +7, enables the use of the Blizzara Materia spell of the same name and has three slots for Alchemy Effects.
The spell Blizzara Materia can be used by anyone equipping the gear of the same name and costs 16 MP to use. It has a range of three squares away from the caster in any direction and inflicts moderate Crack-type spell damage to a single enemy.
