The Healie T-shirt is a piece of clothing that appears exclusively in the Nintendo 3DS Version of Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King.
As its name states, it is a plain white shirt with a design of the Healslime Healie on the front.

The Healie T-shirt has a Defence bonus of +18, can be worn by any character, and will restore the wearer's HP when walking. It was originally available to any Japanese players who had preordered the game from Amazon, but the shirt was eventually made available for everyone to download as DLC from February 17, 2016 to March 1, 2016. The shirt was also made available for download for the international version of the game for a short time, but after 2018, all DLC items for the 3DS Version became unavailable. It can be sold for 100 gold coins.
