Isla (Julietta in Japanese) is a main character in Dragon Quest Heroes: The World Tree's Woe and the Blight Below. She is officially described as Chief "Ingeneer" of Arba, assuming because of her inventions.
Description[edit]
Isla is a feisty and inventive fighter who bashes baddies from a distance with her boomerang. Press X or Y when she catches it to trigger a special attack.
Use Woosh to whisk foes up into a swirling whirlwind, which she can add other attacks to in order to make it even "wickeder".
Don't be deceived by her feisty attitude or those flirty one-liners. Isla is so incredibly clever, she built the airship known as the Stonecloud from the very fabric of the city of Caliburgh itself. Calm and collected, she rarely lets an opportunity to add to her extensive research slip by.

Dragon Quest Heroes II: Twin Kings and the Prophecy's End[edit]
Isla appears in Dragon Quest Heroes II as a recurring character that can be played as in co-op dungeons, but is unable to be used in the regular story mode. Her moveset is mostly unchanged from the previous game, and partially repurposed for Maribel. Additionally she is unable to equip any boomerangs, being locked to the Razer-wing boomerang, though she can still equip Orbs and accessories.
