Marilyn (マリリン, Maririn) may refer to several of the following characters in the Dragon Quest series, each being a monster that can be recruited into the party in the Japanese versions of the games.

• Goodybag (Recruit): Marilyn appears as the fourth default name of the Goodybag in the original Super Famicom version.
• Lips (Recruit): In the original Super Famicom version of the game, Marilyn is the default name of the Lips that can join the party.
• Shelley: A Seaslime slime companion that appears in remake versions of the game whose name is Marilyn in Japanese. Due to the removal of the monster recruiting system, the Lips can no longer be recruited.
• Lips: In the Nintendo 3DS remake of the game, Marilyn appears as the first default name of a Lips that is sent to look for new treasure tablets.
• Philippa: Marilyn appears once again as the name of the infamous Lips that can be faced exclusively in the Nintendo 3DS version of the game.
