Detail	Fanny, a teacher from Swinedimples, has asked you to bring her a freezing feather, an item that monsters in the snowfields apparently sometimes drop. She says she want to cool herself down by making a fan out of it.
Hint for solution	The freezing feather drops from Apeckalypse after you have accepted the quest.
