Über Dragonsbane (超ドラゴンキラー, it. Super Dragon Killer) is a monster trait added to the series in the seventh game of the spin off series. It increases all types of damage against all manner of dragons and lowers their resistances.

Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince[edit]
All types of damage dealt by the possessor against the dragon family is now tripled, and the trait lowers the family's resistances by 10% when targeted by the trait possessor. This increases elemental damage and increases the chances of debilitation, instant death, and status ailments to hit the target. The trait also combines with the effects of Dragon Slash for quintuple damage.
