Trode in his cursed form.

Trode is a non-playable character from Square Enix's Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King, with one exception. He is the king of Trodain, and Medea's father. Both he and his daughter were cursed by Dhoulmagus as he stole the Godbird sceptre from Trodain's basement. At the end of the game, he becomes the hero's father-in-law.
