A seed of agility is an item that permanently raises agility to whoever eats it. It can give off 1-3 agility points. Seeds of agility can be found in treasure chests, pots, drawers, or some enemies may drop them. They cannot be bought at shops.

Dragon Quest III: The Seeds of Salvation
Seeds of agility are dropped by Weaken Beacons (1/16), Metal Slimes (1/32), Ursa Mega (1/64), Raven Lunatic (1/64), and Armfuls (1/256).
