Lightning Surge can be learned by Man o' war through Talent Blossoming and naturally by 24-carrot bunicorn at level 22, costing 64 MP to use. It inflicts moderate Zap-type martial damage to all enemies in a rhombus-shaped area around it and very rarely inflicts paralysis, as well.
