The Rockin' rockhopper is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series, first appearing in Dragon Quest VII.
It is a cruel-looking penguin monster that spends its time jumping around rocky shoals.
Description
The Rockin' rockhopper is a dark blue penguin monster with a funky blue mohawk. But its most unsettling feature is the red markings on its belly. It looks like the mouth and face of a frightening demon. They gather on rocks jutting out at sea and attempt to overwhelm seafarers with sheer numbers.
