The slime shield is a recurring shield in the Dragon Quest series. Naturally, it is in the shape of a slime and is part of a series of equipment throughout the games themed after the Slime family.

Dragon Quest VII
The slime shield has a defence bonus of +17 and a style bonus of +2. All characters can equip it. It only appears in the Nintendo 3DS version and can be acquired by beating the Gooing Strong DLC Tablet.
