In his natural state, Mordegon is a tall humanoid demon with chalk-white skin. His head has two long black horns protruding from either side, with a shorter horn on his chin. His ears are pointed and pierced, wearing golden hoop earrings with magenta orbs. His head is shaven save for a red spiked mohawk. He has green eyes with yellow sclera, and purple lips. His fingernails are long and black.
