NO4H is a character from Dragon Quest Builders 2. He is a friendly Killing machine.

The Builder meets NO4H upon reaching a certain cave. He makes friends with other monsters on the ark although mid-game his appearance is short lived as soon after, he is damaged and requires a new vent (item/block).
