I've discovered that you can change the questions of the captcha so there will be no spam bots registrating at the wiki, which the users can registrate an account freely. I've tested it on a wiki I used to run, I can give you the code so you can add it. It helps a lot, even if you would like to see more registrated users than unregistered users contributing to your wiki.
