Hey IceKidd/KidProdigy, sorry for the delay in response. I am open to redesigning parts of the wiki, so if you feel you have some cool ideas, feel free to experiment. I don't have as much time to devote to the wiki as I used to, so I mostly just try to keep it up and running, perform media wiki upgrades as needed, etc.
If you could give some examples of what you plan to do before you implement it that would be great. For example, you could create some /sub-pages as examples to get some feedback and have any discussion prior to changing the main pages.
Looks pretty good! I'll have to stare at it for a while to see if there is anything that might need tweaked. I really like the circle images you used. Nice work. --FlyingRagnar (talk) 15:30, 21 September 2015 (CDT)
Salutations IceKidd, and welcome to the wiki.
I'm liking what I see with the templates you've been working on; it's been a long time since this place got a new coat of paint, and the it wouldn't hurt to switch to a more organized style for that matter either. If you need a hand with anything by all means don't be afraid to ask! (Follower of Light (talk) 12:56, 23 September 2015 (CDT))
- No problem. As for ideas...is there anyway to craft a template that allows for multiple versions of equipment lists, spell lists, and the like to be displayed at once? Prince of Cannock is a perfect example of how broken it is right now, and you'd get saint status if you could aid us there. Another one would be adding brackets to the monster info boxes for vulnerabilities, resistances, and immunities. The current ones are good, it's just that without those extra space you need to write up a paragraph to explain what the bugger can endure. All that aside though, just do what you feel is most helpful for the place and I'm certain the innovations will come to you. (Follower of Light (talk) 08:40, 25 September 2015 (CDT))
- Well for the equipment box I meant a way to show all the various versions in one table, rather than having to click through several pages. For spells, basically just a wider table that allows for extra columns for the different versions to show different learn rates. I feel that would be tidier looking that using bullet points underneath tables or trying to squeeze everything into one row.(Follower of Light (talk) 10:08, 30 September 2015 (CDT))
