Frizz, originally called Blaze is a recurring offensive spell in the Dragon Quest Series. Introduced in Dragon Quest III, it is a single target spell and it is learned by Wizards.
It is depicted as a single fireball that attacks the enemy. With the powered-up versions of Frizz, the fireball grows larger and the damage is more devastating.
The spell advancement is like this
Frizz = Blaze
Frizzle = Blazemore
Kafrizzle = Blazemost

The spell "Kafrizzle" is used by Bishop Ladja in Dragon Quest V.It obliterates a single enemy with a Fire-elemental spell.
