The Somatic Staff (also called Staff of Force) is a recurring weapon in the Dragon Quest franchise. It drains the wielder's MP while attacking.
Appearances
Dragon Quest III
The Staff of force (Called Force staff in the GBC Version) has an attack bonus of +55 (+65 in the GBC Version). It can be wield by Priests, Mages & Sages.
Dragon Quest IV
The somatic staff has an attack bonus of +60 (+55 in the NES Version). It can only be wielded by Borya, Kiryl, Maya, and Meena.
Dragon Quest V
The somatic staff has an attack bonus of +55.
