'''Romaly''' is both a [[List of Kingdoms in Dragon Quest|kingdom]] and a castle town found in [[Enix America Corporation|Enix's]] ''[[Dragon Warrior III]]''.  During the adventures of [[Erdrick]], the king's crown is stolen by [[Kandar]].  Erdrick eventually recovers the crown for the king, who recklessly decides Erdrick would make a better ruler over Romaly than himself.  After a brief rule as King of Romaly, Erdrick eventually discovers the former king in the town's [[casino]] and after a brief conversation the former king decides it is far more important for Erdrick to continue on his journey, and so the once former king becomes King of Romaly once more.  As Erdrick leaves, the king informs Erdrick that the throne will be waiting for him when ever he wishes to be king again.
