The Somatic Staff (also called Staff of Force) is a recurring weapon in the Dragon Quest franchise. It drains the wielder's MP while attacking.
Appearances
Dragon Quest III
The Staff of force (Called Force staff in the GBC Version) has an attack bonus of +55 (+65 in the GBC Version). It can be wield by Priests, Mages & Sages.
It can be purchased for 2,500 gold coins and sold for 1,875.
Dragon Quest IV
The somatic staff has an attack bonus of +60 (+55 in the |NES Version). It can only be wielded by Borya, Kiryl, Maya & Meena. Orifiela has this among her equipment.
As with Dragon Quest III, tt can be purchased for 2,500 gold coins and sold for 1,875.
Dragon Quest V
The somatic staff has an attack bonus of +55.
