The Draguar, originally known as Gerion, is a monster in both Dragon Quest IV and Dragon Quest VII.
Description
The Draguar is a large catlike monster, resembling a saber-toothed tiger. Some of its unusual features is the large dragon-like wings. Despite the dragon wings, it is classified as a beast.

The Gerion can be found in the Orph region in Disc 2, the Hamelia region in Disc 2, the Medal King's Palace region in Disc 2, the Probina region in Disc 2, the Wind Tower, and the Wind Maze. There is a rare chance of the Gerion dropping a Gerion Heart, allowing one party member to become a Gerion when the heart is taken to the Temple of Dharma.
