Shocking Slash is already known by the Princess of Cannock when she joins the party. It costs 5 MP and deals 110% Strike-element damage to one foe with a 40% chance to paralyse it for 2~3 turns, further affected by the target's paralysis resistance. The souped-up version is Whipcrackle.
