The wand is the reward for completing quest #29 in Arboria. The red kale the man needs is found in the First forest near Yggdrasil's Altar, by a cluster of large green mushrooms by the massive hollow tree players ascend.
Etymology[edit]
- Titania is the Queen of the faeries and wife of King Oberon in Shakespear's play A Midsummer Night's Dream.
