CELL Headquarters is a location in Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker. It is the base of operations for CELL, a shadowy organization whose existence is unknown to the majority of Green Bays' inhabitants. This is the place the Hero starts the game, and where he returns at the end after monsters have taken over. It can only be accessed after the gate to the jetty has been unlocked on Fert Isle.

The Hero must battle a fearsome Belial in his father's office to save some frightened CELL members. After beating it, Warden Trump gives his son a Baryon Sphere, which will neutralize the dark matter in Darkonium.
