Elfin elixir is a potent healing item in the Dragon Quest series. It recovers all MP to a single party member.

In Dragon Quest IX, it can be obtained by trading five Mini medals to Captain Max Meddlin after trading the first eighty medals to him. They can also be made using the Alchemy recipe of 1 Yggdrasil leaf, 3 Royal soils, and 5 nectars. Elfin elixirs can be sold for 1500 gold.
