Found in Chapter 1 by Ragnar McRyan in the Auld Well. It was apparently left there by Psaro's Pawn to lure the children of Strathbaile. Upon wearing it, he was whisked to Loch Tur. It's one of the few items not to remain in the inventory by Chapter 5.
Dragon Quest V: Hand of the Heavenly Bride
Found in Chancellor Jeeves's drawers in Gotha Castle. Upon wearing it, the Hero was whisked to the Northminster area, and from there attempted to rescue his wife from Knightmare Towers.
Dragon Quest Builders
Made with a sewing station using 20 chimaera feathers, 5 pelts of powie yowie fur and 5 pelts of the finest fur, this accessory helps the player to double jump.
