The Queen slime is a new monster in the Dragon Quest series and it was introduced in Dragon Quest X.

Characteristics

Queen slimes are the female counterpart of the king slimes. These slimes are made of pink jelly and they wear red make-up in their cheeks, along with false eyelashes. To contribute to their royal aspect they wear a silver crown with a turquoise jewel beneath a white cloth. Despite putting on charming airs, the queen slimes are consistently described as being cold-blooded and shrewdly calculating. In battle this translates to mastery of ice magic, lobbing Kacrack and Kacrackle at parties while using other slimes to guard herself.
